Parramatta Justice Precinct

Brookfield Multiplex

A$344.8 million

The Parramatta Justice Precinct project was awarded to Brookfield Multiplex in August 2005, with works including the refurbishment of Jeffrey House – a heritage listed building adjacent to the Parramatta River – and the construction of two court buildings and an office building to be utilised by the Department of the Attorney General.

To achieve Green Star certification in accordance with the requirements of The Green Star Council, the Justice Building incorporates a number of design features that deliver energy savings and a corresponding reduction in the long term running costs.
