History
Who we are

Boone & Willard Plumbing was established by Fred Boone and Ken Willard in 1956.
In 1976, Ken Willard bought out Fred Boone's share of Boone & Willard but maintained the company name due to its established reputation.

The early years of Boone & Willard consisted of providing hydraulic services to the housing industry and single story medium density projects.

In 1985, Boone & Willard expanded to high rise residential and commercial projects. Since 1985 we have grown into one of the leading plumbing contractors delivering services to some of the largest projects within Australia.

The expansion of Boone & Willard into the construction industry allowed our employees to further their careers and to become experienced Plumbers, Leading Hands, Foremen and Project Managers. Many of our employees began their plumbing career as an apprentice with Boone & Willard. The management positions of Boone & Willard are also predominately filled by people who have served their apprenticeship with the company. Boone & Willard invest time, money and energy in training apprentices to not only offer the opportunity to a young person but to contribute back to the industry it operates within.

Boone & Willard is committed to ensuring the long term future of the company by developing and nurturing excellent relationships with our clients, local authorities, suppliers and staff.
